Purpose The purpose of the paper is to propose an effective approach artificial intelligence (AI) addressing social-humanitarian reality comprising non-formalizable representation. new task describe processes integration AI and humans in hybrid systems framework. Design/methodology/approach Social-humanitarian dynamics contradict traditional characteristics AI. Suggested methodology embraces formalized non-formalized parts as a whole.
